Writing for the Soul conference is full-time only. While spouses are welcome to stay at The Grand Hyatt in Denver, all general sessions, meals, and workshops are open only to registered conferees. You may purchase a meal pass for your spouse, parent, or traveling companion (which includes all general session speakers). Please see details below.

Lodging/Facility Fees

Refunds must be requested in writing prior to January 5, 2010. Written cancellations received before the deadline will be promptly refunded, less a lost deposit (nontransferable) of $150. After the refund deadline, no refunds will be issued.
