Check the weather in Denver.
Denver is nicknamed the " Mile-High City,"
because its elevation is roughly 5,280
feet (1 mile) above sea level. (The elevation
is 1655.4 m (5431 ft.), as surveyed at
the Denver International Airport. There
is a step outside the state capital building
engraved with a mile high marker. Also,
a row of seats in the upper deck of Coors
Field, home of Major League Baseball's
Colorado Rockies, is distinctively marked
in purple (one of the team's colors) to
indicate that the row is one mile above
sea level. Because of the elevation, plan
to pace your physical activity at first
and also drink plenty of water.

I
pulled out the CWG
conference
CDs and have been listening to them
every spare moment I get! When I'm cleaning
or cooking or in my car. They have truly
inspired me all over again.
Also,
I'm listening to stuff I had not yet
listened to and am learning even more.
It's awesome. Right now I'm in Brandi's
class about decked out fiction and how
to deepen characters' emotions.
