goals. Before joining our staff,
he worked for almost 12 years at Focus
on the Family.

Our Editor-in-Chief, Les has provided editorial
leadership for six publishers.
The
primary writer for the Apprentice and Journeyman
nonfiction curriculum, Les is also a Guild mentor,
editor, consultant, and literary agent.
