As the Guild's Operations Director, Kerma gives special emphasis to the business and customer service areas.  She has served with several start-up firms, in the field of education and is also a jazz and classical pianist.

Janice Mitchell, Office Manager

Janice works as Office Manager, matching students with mentors and keeping the office functions running smoothly. She served at Focus on the Family for 11 years as an Event Coordinator.

Julie Adams, Office Assistant

Julie answers phones and questions. She takes care of various office responsibilities. Before coming to the Guild, Julie worked at a major bank.  

Leilani Squires, Admissions Manager

Leilani handles admissions for the writing courses and promotions for the courses, conference, critique service, and contests. Her background is in freelance writing/editing and performing arts administration. Her published works include articles in Focus on the Family, OnCourse Magazine, and Advanced Christian Writer. Leilani also enjoys mentoring for the Pages and Squires courses.

Our Executive Editor, Les has provided editorial leadership for six publishers. The primary writer for the Apprentice and Journeyman nonfiction curriculum, Les is also a Guild mentor, editor, consultant, and literary agent.
